Almost no Belgian workshop puts figures here. We do. You only hear something different if your case genuinely falls outside these boxes, and you hear it before anything happens.
How we charge
One fixed price per type of work, not by the hour. So you know in advance what it becomes, and how long we spend searching makes no difference to your bill.

Surcharges, and when they apply
- €35 if someone has already been in there. A board another shop has soldered on takes extra work to unpick. Say so up front and it goes straight into the quote.
- €19 return postage if you decide after the diagnosis to have nothing done, or if it did not work out.
- Parts separately where a module has to be replaced, such as a battery, a screen or a keyboard. They appear in the quote with the price beside them.
Data recovery is the exception
Every figure above is fixed, except one. Data recovery says "from", and we mean it. How much work it becomes depends on how far the damage goes, and nobody knows that before the board is open. What is fixed: after the diagnosis you hear one figure, and we only start when you say yes.
What does not get added
No call-out charge, no admin fee, no fee for looking at your machine on top of the diagnosis, and no amount to pay up front before we know anything. You pay afterwards, if it works.
