Our workshop is in Zarren, in West Flanders. Our customers are everywhere. So nearly everything goes by bpost, insured out and back, and you are working again within five working days.
How it goes
Request
Tell us the model and the fault. Within one working day you get a price estimate and a bpost label.
Pack
Machine off, wrapped in film or a towel, in a box with padding. Label on it, drop it at a bpost point.
Diagnosis
A message the moment it arrives. Then photos of the board and the real diagnosis, with a fixed price. Your approval only after that.
Back
After the repair a round of tests, then insured back to your address. Usually within five working days.

The five working day turnaround counts from the moment your machine is here, not from your request. The outbound trip above comes on top of that.
Packing it without damage
Most transport damage does not come from the post but from the packing. Four things are enough.
- Switch the machine fully off. Not asleep. With liquid damage, do not switch it on again at all.
- Wrap it. Bubble wrap or a towel, so the screen rubs against nothing.
- Fill the box. The machine must not move when you shake the box. Padding on all six sides.
- Leave the charger at home. We have plenty here. That way yours does not go missing.
Put a note in with your name and phone number. It sounds old fashioned, but it saves time if a label becomes unreadable on the way.
Insurance
Every parcel is insured up to 1,000 euros as standard, in both directions. If your machine is worth more, say so with the request and we raise it.
Transit times by province
bpost collects next working day anywhere in Belgium. From Wallonia and Brussels it is sometimes a day more, but that is already inside the five working days we quote. The clock starts when the machine is here, not when you send the request.
If you are not in Belgium
People do post to us from just over the border, and it works, but be aware that a return parcel to another country costs more and takes longer. Ask us first and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth it for your case.

That works, by appointment. Call before you come, then it is ready and we are not elbow deep in a machine when you ring the bell.
